Overview

Situated by Loch Sunart, Kilcamb Hotel is a small, luxury country house hotel. Set amongst 22 acres of woodland in the Ardamurchan Peninsular, Kilcamb has en suite rooms and countryside views.

In the heart of the Scottish Highlands, the Kilcamb Lodge Hotel has dramatic loch and mountain views from almost every window. Otters and red deer are among the area’s varied wildlife.

Rooms are en suite with baths, showers, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. All rooms have TVs and come with tea/coffee making facilities. There is Wi-Fi available in the hotel.

Dating back to the 1700s, the hotel has cosy log fires and a friendly, informal atmosphere. The candle-lit dining room serves award winning cuisine, with the head chef winning The 2010 Scottish Hotel Award for chefs.

The Kilcamb also won the 2010 Scottish Hotel Award for the most Romantic Hotel of The Year.

Just 20 miles from Kilcamb is Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles. The Glenfinnan Museum and Distillery are a 20-minute drive from the Lodge.

Travel information

By Car:
- Take the Corran Ferry, off the A82 (8 miles/13 km south of Fort William) for the short crossing to Ardgour.
- Turn left off the ferry, on the A861 to Strontian.
- Go through the village and over a small river bridge.
- Kilcamb Lodge is 200 metres up the hill on the left.
