Distant Hills is a modern family run guest house providing a good quality Bed and Breakfast service. Spean Bridge is set amongst beautiful mountain scenary and is a only short drive from Ben Nevis and Loch Ness.

All the attractively furnished bedrooms are fully equipped with ensuite facilities, colour TV, hospitality trays, mineral water and a luxury range of soaps, shampoos and shower gels. Luxury continues with fabulous soft white bath sheets and towels with lots of other little touches. |

The pleasant dining room offers good home cooking prepared from traditional Scottish ingredients, locally sourced where possible. The breakfast menu offers a wide range of dishes including vegetarian options to set up guests for a full day’s walking or touring in the Highlands. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00. |

By Car:
From Fort William:
- Head north on the A82 for approximately 8 miles.
- Once you reach the village of Spean Bridge take the A86 junction on your right after you cross the River Spean.
- The road signs will say Roy Bridge.
- Distant Hills is 500 metres along this road on your right.
There is also a train station on the main line from Glasgow to Fort William and the village is also very well served by buses from Glasgow, Inverness and Skye. |
