In 15 acres of private grounds, this hotel boasts spectacular views over Portree Bay to the Cuillin Mountain range. It has an award-winning restaurant/art gallery and a range of whiskies on offer.
The rooms at Cuillin Hills Hotel have warm, traditional décor and all feature satellite TV. Every room has fresh fruit, mineral water and free tea and coffee whilst some also look out over the bay.
Displaying work by Skye’s artists, The View Restaurant offers a menu sampling local seafood. Malt Embassy has been awarded for its range of whiskies, and there is relaxed dining in the Brasserie.
Boat trips around the beautiful Isle leave from Portree harbour, 0.5 miles away. Cuiliin Hills also receives discounted green fees at the 9-hole Isle of Skye Golf Club, 20 minutes away by car.

From the Skye Bridge:
- Follow signs for Portree (A87).
- When you arrive in Portree, follow road signs for Staffin (A855). We are situated on the far outskirts of the town.
- The hotel is signposted on your right hand side as you drive out of Portree, heading North.
- Turn right at this sign and follow this road, over the small bridge and round to the hotel reception.
The hotel is also signposted at the small bridge and at the bottom of the main drive.

The hotel has one room that is suitable for disabled persons. Most of the rooms have space for an extra bed.
All Standard Rooms look on to the car park. Rooms with sea views are available with an additional charge. |
